If you don’t hear the audio in Drops (pronunciation), it’s likely the app was not able to load the sound files from our servers.
Please, make sure you have a working internet connection and that the ‘Pronunciation’ is switched on in your Drops Settings. If your location is in China, please try using a VPN.
Once you’ve verified your internet connection, close the Drops app and then open it again. The sounds should automatically begin downloading.
If you still can't hear the pronunciation, please log in to the Drops app (with your email, Google or Facebook in the app's Profile menu). Save your progress (this is an important first step so that you don’t lose your progress), then delete the app and re-install it.
