Can't See Progress

Your progress can be saved only if you are logged in to Drops.

If you can’t see your progress, please log out of Drops and then log back into the same account you learned the words in. Make sure you use the proper login method and the proper email associated with that login method.

Having multiple Drops accounts can cause confusion.

If you use the Email login method, make sure you choose “Existing user? Log in”.

If you still can’t see your progress, please message us directly from the app’s Help section and share as much detail regarding your experience as possible so we can investigate and troubleshoot.
