Cancel Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go!

Your subscription is handled by Apple, Google, or Paddle (online purchase).

Please, follow these steps to cancel your Drops subscription or click on the hyperlinks below for further information:

iOS (Apple)

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Drops in this case)
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap Menu >> Account >> Subscriptions.

  3. Find the Drops subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Tap ‘Cancel’.

Paddle (online purchase)

Please follow the instructions here.

Please note that deleting your account or reinstalling the app will not cancel your recurring subscription. Furthermore, cancelling your subscription in the App Store, Google Play Store or online (Paddle) does not automatically submit a request for a refund.
