Purchased But Can’t See Premium

Thanks for playing Drops! If you’ve purchased Premium, but don’t see your Premium subscription, please try the following steps.

App Store or Google Play

If you purchased in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

First, make sure you are logged in to the Drops app where you made your purchase.

In addition to our primary, international app, Drops, we also offer specific language apps. Not sure which app you made the purchase in? Check your receipt to see which logo and app are tied to your Premium account.

If you’re unsure where to look, here’s an example. This purchase was made in the language-specific, Korean Drops app:

Once you’ve verified where you made your purchase, try logging out of the app and then logging back in.

If you’re using iOS, make sure you enter your Apple password correctly when prompted. This is an essential part of the login process--without it, we can not retrieve the purchases you have on your phone, and we can’t activate them.

Make sure you are logged in to your device with the same Apple / Google ID you used to make your purchase.

Tap ‘Restore purchase’ in the app’s Profile >> Settings.

Purchased online

If you purchased online on https://payment.languagedrops.com/purchase:

Log out of the application and then log back in again with the same login method you used during the online purchase.

Tap ‘Restore purchase’ in the app’s Profile >> Settings.

Purchased in language-specific app

If you purchased previously in a language-specific app and now asked to use the international app:

First, make sure you are logged in to the Drops app that you used to originally make your purchase.

Once you’ve verified where you made your purchase, try logging out of the app and then logging back in. As you’re using iOS, make sure you enter your Apple password correctly when prompted.

Make sure you are logged in to your device with the same Apple ID you used to make your purchase.

Tap 'Restore purchase’ in the original, language-specific app’s Profile >> Settings.

Then, log in to the international Drops app with the same login information you used for the language-specific Drops app.

If you still have trouble accessing the Premium features, please message us using the app’s Help section. Send us a copy of your purchase receipt. If you made the purchase online, the receipt would come from Paddle.
